WHAT IS YOGA?

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING YOGA FOR?

I have been doing Yoga for over a year now, which continues to surprise me each time I am reminded. I do not know how I functioned as a person without it, as it has drastically shaped and shifted the current world I live in.

WHY DO YOU DO YOGA?

Yoga has proven itself to be invaluable for my mental health. The opportunity for introspection that I am gifted with each day as I lay down my mat has opened my mind, body and soul. The inner stress, anxiety, and obstacles that I am faced with in my life fall from my consciousness when I am practicing yoga. As I’ve begun to prioritize and implement yoga into my daily routine, I’ve felt a newfound sense of control over my mental and physical being. Even though the practice of yoga is silent, it has given me access to an entirely foreign community.
